Rental Policy
Our rental policy outlines the terms and responsibilities for renting equipment from SilverCreek Rentals.
Customer Responsibility:
- Furnish a qualified operator.
- Perform daily maintenance, check oil levels, tire pressure, and grease the machine.
- Unless breakdown of equipment in the field is immediately reported to us during the rental period, no rental adjustment will be considered.
- Clean equipment before returning or cleaning charges will be applied.
- Abnormal wear or damage to machine or tires, due to neglect or abuse, will be charged to the customer.
Rates
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Rates do not include taxes.
- Rates do not include fuel.
- Rates do not include pickup or delivery.
Insurance
Customer is responsible for all property and liability losses.
